At HolidayLights.com, we want your home to shine bright, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all non-custom decorative lighting. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist you with a return or exchange for items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside the box.

  Package Securely

  Carefully pack the lights in their original manufacturer's box to ensure they are protected from damage during transit.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
